6   Puy Lentils, Avocado, Green Beans & thinly sliced Red Onion in Baby Gems with Pomegranate & Avocado Oil   


7   Watermelon, Feta, thinly sliced Red Onion, Passoloni Black Olives & Parsley Salad

8   Grilled Halloumi with Spinach, Water Chestnuts, Orange & Semi Dried Smoked Tomatoes
