Steak Bearnaise:

Beef Eye Fillet marinated in Thyme, Lemon & Garlic served with Red Wine Jus & Bearnaise Sauce

Salad Nicoise with Potatoes, Green Beans, Seared Tuna, Cherry Tomatoes, Iceberg Lettuce, Olives, Capers, Anchovies & Boiled Eggs
